Beach trip to OBX

In mid Septmeber we took a family beach trip the Nags Head OBX. The house we stayed in is HUGE and awesome and there were 60 of us! Zander enjoyed playing in the sand one of the days, but the weather was very windy so that was are only real day on the beach. The house is ocean front with a pool so we spent all the other days swimming and doing little things. We went to the Aqurium and went on a plane ride to see the Nags Head area from above.

First Day of Pre-K

Zander started pre-k on 9/3/08/.
So far he is really enjoying his new school, new teacher, and
new friends. We look forward to a great year :)
After a great start we went out for some sorbet :)

Zander goes fishing

Zander & Scott went out fishing
on the canoe. This was Z's first
fishing trip and he caught plenty
of fish, but threw most of them
back. He did save a few and had
Scott cook them up... and then
refused to eat them because,
"NO! That's mean Daddy!"

Summer Trip to Buffalo

In mid August Zander & I traveled to Buffalo with my parents for a few weeks to finish out our summer. We were there for about 2 weeks. We went to Griffiths Sculpture Park, threw a baby shower for Eric & Aimee, I got a tattoo, and lots and lots of family time.
